The hotel is located in a really good neighborhood with plenty of cool little restaurants & shops nearby, offering a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious and modern with three bunk beds, a bathroom, and separate bedrooms, great for accommodating all our bags during the trip. However, the service was inconsistent, with receptionists who were either rude and degrading or willing to accommodate our requests. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, providing laundry service and tours/ticket assistance. The location was favorable, especially for access to the beautiful Southbank Parklands and the airport during the day, but lacking direct proximity to essential places like the Coles supermarket.
